  Checkboxes let me choose one or more options from a list.

  A detail contains answers to questions I have about confusing text.

  Fieldset

  A fieldset groups multiple options or form fields together under one question.

  File selector

  A file selector lets me pick or drop my documents when I need to add them to an online form.

  Follow-up question

  A follow-up question appears after I've answered another question in a specific way.

  Footer

  A footer appears at the bottom of a web page and helps me find information like a site map or legal information.

  Form card

  A form card helps me focus and answer a few questions in a big online form.

  Form group

  A form group contains one option or form field under one question.

  Household details

  Household details let me verify I’ve provided accurate information about my family or the people I live with.

  Identifier

  An identifier is a banner in the footer of a web page that tells me who created it.

  Extends the USWDS Identifier, no logos.

  Input

  An input is where I provide a short answer to a question in an online form.

  Extends the USWDS Text input component.

  Memorable date

  A memorable date is one I can easily recall without having to pick it in a calendar.

  Radio button

  Radio buttons let me choose one out of many options in a list.

  Extends the USWDS Radio button.

  Select

  A select lets me choose one out of many options from a pop-up list.

  Extends the USWDS Select component.

  Textarea

  A textarea is where I provide a long answer to a question in an online form.

  Extends the USWDS Text input component.

  Toolbar

  A toolbar has all of the important links and features I need from a website. It might also have a time-sensitive alert.
