Email address.

Phone = 1

Phone number.

SnapId = 2

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) case/client ID.

Ssn = 4

Social Security Number (last 4 or full, per state policy).

TanfId = 3

TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) case/client ID.
