ConcurrencyConflictException

Thrown when a data update fails because another writer modified the record concurrently. Infrastructure repositories translate technology-specific concurrency exceptions (e.g., EF Core's DbUpdateConcurrencyException) into this domain exception so that use case handlers can react without depending on infrastructure types.

DuplicateRecordException

Thrown when a data insert fails because a record with the same unique constraint already exists. Infrastructure repositories translate technology-specific exceptions (e.g., EF Core's DbUpdateException with a unique index violation) into this domain exception so that use case handlers can react without depending on infrastructure types.

PiiDecryptException

Thrown when an encrypted payload cannot be decrypted (tampering, corruption, unknown key/version). Plaintext-at-rest transitional values (IsEnvelope(string?)) do not trigger this exception.
